YESONUS Dental Elite ("YesOnUs," "we," "us") helps patients recover reimbursements for medically necessary dental procedures. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
YESONUS sends text messages only to people who give us their phone number and agree to receive texts. We use SMS to respond to your questions, send updates about your records request and account, share your signup link, and confirm appointments.
How to opt in: You can opt in to text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our signup form, or by texting START to (510) 694-8111. By opting in, you agree to receive SMS from YESONUS as described here. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
SMS opt-in and consent data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Health information is handled in line with applicable privacy laws.
We share information only as needed to provide our service (for example, with service providers who help us operate), or when required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
