YESONUS LLC, a California limited liability company doing business as YESONUS Dental Elite ("YESONUS," "we," "us," or "our"), helps patients pursue reimbursement from Medicare for medically necessary dental procedures. How we use your information

SMS / text messaging

YESONUS sends text messages only to people who give us their phone number and agree to receive texts. We use SMS to respond to your questions, send updates about your records request and account, share your signup link, and confirm appointments.

How to opt in: You can opt in to text messages by checking the SMS consent box on our signup form, by texting START to (510) 694-8111, or by giving a YESONUS representative your spoken consent during a phone call or in person after we describe the program. By opting in, you agree to receive recurring automated SMS from YESONUS as described here. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

SMS opt-in and consent data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for a reasonable period afterward to meet our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take steps to delete or de-identify it.
