These terms govern your use of YESONUS Dental Elite ("YesOnUs") services and website. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
YesOnUs helps patients pursue reimbursement for medically necessary dental procedures. We provide advocacy and guidance. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice, and we do not guarantee any specific reimbursement outcome.
Program: The YESONUS patient updates program sends text messages about your records request, account, signup link, reimbursement status, and appointment reminders.
Opt-in: By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on our signup form (or texting START to (510) 694-8111), you agree to receive recurring automated SMS text messages from YESONUS, as described in our Privacy Policy. Consent to receive texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or of using our services.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Opt-out: Reply STOP at any time to cancel. To rejoin, reply START or sign up again on our website. For help, reply HELP or call (510) 694-8111.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. No mobile information or SMS opt-in/consent data will be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Fees for our services are disclosed before you pay. Payments are processed by a secure third-party payment provider; we do not store full payment card numbers.
Our services are provided "as is." We do not guarantee that any reimbursement will be approved. Nothing here is medical or legal advice.
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
