All tiers are flat-fee. We do not work on percentage of recovery.
A 30-minute call with Eric or a coordinator. We read your denial together, identify what records are missing, and walk through the appeal strategy. At the end of the call, you decide whether to engage a service tier. No pressure.
The strategy call is paid for our time on the call. It is non-refundable, and it does not apply toward a service tier fee.
If we file your case and insurance denies it, you get a 90% refund of your service tier fee. We keep 10% to cover the work performed.
